BOB AND NITA GROSS

are the founders of the R-4 Foundation, living in the Brainerd Lakes area of Minnesota.

Bob and Nita, as well as leading the R-4 Foundation, own several local businesses in the Brainerd Lakes Area.  These include MaxBotix, an electronics manufacturing company, and Providential Innovations, a publishing and patent development company. They also manage two real-estate companies with commercial rental properties. Bob and Nita are ordained marketplace ministers through the Kingdom Business Association. For a number of years they have been actively involved within the local Brainerd Area Youth For Christ. 

Bob has designed, patented, and produced several inventions, including directed energy weapons, firearm accessories, electronic sensors for MaxBotix, robots for MaxRoboTech, and pet products for Loovipet. Nita is the author of the book Dawn Of Purpose. In 2020, they founded the R-4 Foundation, a non-profit organization that is working to renew, rebuild, restore, and reform the Brainerd Lakes area.

Bob and Nita have three adult children and three grandchildren. They love working with their family and traveling to new places.
